InfraSmart AI provides access to the InfraSmart AI Control Tower platform, enabling infrastructure organizations to improve project visibility, governance, collaboration, and decision-making.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
All software, content, trademarks, graphics, documentation, logos, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of InfraSmart AI Private Limited unless otherwise stated.
The platform provides decision-support information generated from available project data. While every effort is made to maintain accuracy, InfraSmart AI does not guarantee completeness or correctness of all information and recommendations.
Users remain responsible for all commercial, contractual, engineering, and management decisions.
The App may integrate with ERP systems, document repositories, cloud storage providers, and other third-party applications. InfraSmart AI is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
InfraSmart AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the App.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App without prior notice.
